Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, maintaining client relations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring consistent and efficient customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting in processing sales orders, tracking client inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to support strategic sales activities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-department coordination
• Proficiency in sales-related tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is desirable
• Prior experience in wellness, health, or associated industries is an advantage
