Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Support

  • Provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales team to help meet targets and improve efficiency.

Order and Client Management

  • Process and monitor client orders.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, contracts, and deliveries.

Data and Reporting

  • Maintain and analyse sales data.
  • Prepare regular performance reports.
  • Support management with insights for decision-making.

Communication and Coordination

  • Serve as a communication link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.
  • Ensure smooth information flow and timely issue resolution.

Documentation and Proposals

  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations for client meetings and internal use.

Inventory and Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery to clients.
