Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Support
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the sales team to help meet targets and improve efficiency.
Order and Client Management
- Process and monitor client orders.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, contracts, and deliveries.
Data and Reporting
- Maintain and analyse sales data.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Support management with insights for decision-making.
Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a communication link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.
- Ensure smooth information flow and timely issue resolution.
Documentation and Proposals
- Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations for client meetings and internal use.
Inventory and Logistics Coordination
- Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery to clients.
