Role Description

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Business Development team, focusing specifically on our high-touch B2B client base. This is a non-selling role, but it is highly impactful, ensuring all sales processes are streamlined, client-facing materials are flawless, and cross-departmental coordination is seamless to maximize sales team efficiency and client experience.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain reports on sales pipeline status, conversion rates, and team performance to provide actionable insights.

Maintain CRM records and track follow-ups.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales calls and emails

Act as the primary administrative point of contact for external B2B inquiries, routing leads, scheduling meetings, and managing complex calendars for the Sales Team.

Handle non-closing communications (e.g., initial follow-ups, document requests) to keep the sales cycle moving efficiently.

Coordinate the preparation and customization of high-quality sales proposals, contracts, pitch decks, and digital service overviews for prospective B2B clients.

Coordinate with the Delivery/Service Team to ensure a smooth hand-off of new B2B clients, clarifying service scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Handle non-closing communications (e.g., initial follow-ups, document requests) to keep the sales cycle moving efficiently.

Liaise closely with the Marketing Team to ensure lead generation and sales enablement efforts are aligned.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support and manage sales processes effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

Basic understanding of sales processes (lead qualification, follow-ups, closing basics)

2+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Administrative role, preferably within a B2B environment or a Digital Marketing/SaaS company.

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

Experience in Sales, including knowledge of tools and techniques to drive results and meet targets.
