Executive Birthday Sales
Title: Birthday Parties Sales Advisor / Ministry of Celebrations
Location: KidZania Park Facilities, Group Sales
Reports to: Head Corporate & Travel Sales
Direct reports: None
Indirect reports: NonePosition Summary
Promote and support parties sales; provide support in the reception and attention to clients who
hire the party service delivering information regarding the party. Develop the party logistics and
oversee it at all times.
Specific Responsibilities
Cover the established sales goals
Counsel customers during the event
Register the party area current and prospective client information
Increase its database
Perform follow up and promotion calls to former customers
Elaborate the requirement program for each party
Coordinate the involved areas with the event
Attend and welcome the host and guests
Inform the usage indications of the room, services, etc to the party guests
Attend to all details during the events, hand out souvenir packages, etc
Run an opening and closing check list of the party room
Control food and beverage coupons
Oversee the development of the parties and that the event meets with client expectations
Answer telephone calls from customers seeking information, performing sales pitch
Update sales reports
Deliver daily or end-of-party tally
Comply with the established schedules
Use authorized formats
Comply with company policies and procedures
Profile
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Languages: English
