Sales Coordinator - International Market
Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator - International Market will act as a
central execution anchor between sales team, and internal functions (production, logistics, marketing, and material management) to ensure
accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Execution Control
- Ensure accuracy of specifications, pricing, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, technical, production) for order readiness and approvals
- End-to-End Order Tracking
- Track orders from booking to dispatch readiness
- Proactively follow up with production, material, and logistics teams to ensure adherence to committed timelines
- Sales Support (Pre & Post Sales)
- Provide backend support for client inquiries and technical coordination, Ensure timely response and follow-up until closure
- Support international sales team with:
- Samples coordination
- Product collaterals
- Presentations and client submission documents
- Assist in pre-qualification and tender support activities
- Inquiry Management & Lead Coordination
- Manage inbound global inquiries (website, email campaigns, calls, social platforms)
- Assign leads to respective sales managers and track progress until closure
- Market Intelligence & Database Management
- Conduct region-wise market research
- Build and maintain structured databases of potential clients, consultants, and projects
- Support digital marketing campaigns with targeted data
- MIS, Coordination & Process Efficiency
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with:
- Marketing
- Production
- Logistics
- Material Management
- Improve coordination efficiency and turnaround time
- Handle multiple tasks with accuracy, speed, and structured follow-ups
- MIS Reporting & Data Accuracy
- Maintain and update MIS reports (order status, pipeline tracking, inquiry conversion)
- Ensure accuracy and real-time availability of sales data for management review
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Production (capacity & timelines)
- Material Management (availability)
- Logistics (dispatch planning)
- Marketing (global campaigns & collaterals)
- Ensure seamless execution and quick issue resolution
- Process Efficiency & Customer Experience Enhancement
- Identify gaps in order processing and coordination workflows
- Drive improvements in turnaround time and response quality
- Ensure high service standards for international clients and partners

Technical Requirements
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, SAP, or Salesforce
- Proficient in MS Excel & reporting
- Comfortable with WhatsApp / Business communication tools
- Exposure to AI tools (preferred)
- Experience working with clients from SEA, GCC, USA/Europe market
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
- 5+ years of experience handling same role
- Preference will be given to employees from same industry
