About the Role
We are looking for a hands on Lead Content who can build high impact creator led shows and scalable short form formats. This role blends strategy with execution. You will work closely with creators to design binge worthy content while using modern tools (including AI) to move faster, test smarter, and scale efficiently.
You will own content formats end to end from concept to performance and help build repeatable systems that drive growth across multiple learning and income themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of short form video shows and formats across topics like money, skills, productivity, and alternate income.
- Collaborate deeply with creators to co build concepts, scripts, playlists, and episodic structures.
- Design and run content workflows using AI and automation for research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and personalization.
- Build scalable content playbooks that can be reused across creators and categories.
- Track performance metrics like views, retention, and watch time, and continuously optimise formats using data.
- Own content experimentation from pilots to scaled series.
- Help shape the overall content roadmap and execution cadence.
Skills and Experience
- 8 to 10 years of experience in AI first Content Companies or creator led platforms.
- Strong hands on experience building and scaling short form video content.
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up creation and improve output quality.
- Experience working directly with creators and turning ideas into repeatable shows.
- Strong storytelling instincts with solid Hindi and English communication.
