Marketing Manager

Miicron Wires & Polymers Pvt. Ltd. operates in the specialty chemicals and polymer resins space, serving B2B and industrial clients across domestic and international markets. This role is responsible for owning marketing end-to-end—connecting business goals with communication, execution, and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with the founder and sales team to ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to business growth, particularly in international markets.

Given the nature of the industry, you are not expected to be a deep technical expert, but you must have the curiosity and intent to understand specialty chemicals, compounds, and their applications. An interest in chemistry, materials, or industrial products will be a strong advantage.

• Own and drive marketing across:
• Product portfolio
• Markets (primarily international)
• Define marketing priorities aligned with:
• Sales targets
• Business goals
• Decide what needs to be done, not just execute assigned tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Develop clear, sharp, and non-generic communication
• Ensure all outputs:
• Reflect business intent
• Speak to the right audience
• Support decision-making
• Continuously refine messaging across channels and formats

• Oversee execution of:
• Marketing collaterals
• Presentations and sales decks
• Email campaigns and outreach
• Website and digital assets
• Coordinate with:
• Internal teams
• External agencies
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery

• Work closely with:
• Founder
• Sales team
• Ensure marketing contributes to:
• Lead quality
• Conversion support
• Order generation
• Translate sales feedback into marketing improvements

• Primary focus on international markets (80–85%)
• Secondary support for domestic market (10–15%)
• Adapt communication based on geography, audience, and application

• Build structured processes for:
• Briefing
• Execution
• Tracking
• Reduce dependency on founders for day-to-day marketing decisions
• Improve efficiency without compromising personalization

• Well versed with LinkedIn Platforms and its features
• Use AI tools to:
• Improve speed and clarity
• Enhance thinking and structuring
• Ensure outputs remain:
• Contextual
• Personalized
• High-quality (not generic)

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (B2B preferred)
• Ability to connect marketing efforts with business outcomes
• Excellent communication and structuring ability
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent decision-making
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern workflows

• Ownership mindset (thinks beyond assigned tasks)

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing roles
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical sectors preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Prior experience handling end-to-end marketing is a strong advantage
