Job Description

Role: Sales Coordinator

Experience- 3 to 5 Years

Salary- 4.50 to 5.50 LPA

Job Location- Chembur, Mumbai

About the Role

They are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in daily operations. The role involves client communication, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining sales records, and following up on payments and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in sales coordination or business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Support the Sales Team in day-to-day sales activities.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients.
  • Assist in preparing Proforma Invoices and other sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support for sales activities.

Client Coordination

  • Identify upcoming projects and maintain a project database.
  • Contact prospective clients and introduce company products and services.
  • Share company profiles and marketing materials with new clients.
  • Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and business opportunities.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Design Team for quotation preparation and technical inputs.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Team for payment status and customer accounts.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Payment Follow-Up

  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding payment collections.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pending payments and debtor status.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, client communications, and sales activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports and sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure all sales-related documents are properly maintained and updated.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and communication.
  • Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant discipline.
  • PG Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Knowledge of quotation preparation and sales documentation.
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development Support, or Customer Coordination.
  • Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Aluminium Formwork, or Construction Equipment industries preferred.
  • Comfortable handling client communication and payment follow-ups.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
