Job Summary: Experience in sales coordination/customer support in the manufacturing or plastic packaging industry, knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel, good communication and coordination skills, knowledge of order processing and dispatch coordination, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and documentation.
