Objective

The Executive will be responsible for Sales Coordination, Sales Support & Customer Service

Job Title - Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare Quotations, Proposals & Sales Documentation

Coordinate with Customers, Sales Teams & Internal Departments

Manage Order Processing from PO Receipt to Payment Follow-up

Handle Customer Queries through Calls & Emails

Maintain CRM Records, Customer Database & MIS Reports

Provide After-Sales Support and Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Basic Qualification

Graduate/ MBA – Any Stream

2-4 Years of experience insales coordination, back-office sales support, or customer service

Skills Sets

Strong knowledge of sales processes, quotation preparation, and order management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM / ERP systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and internal

coordination.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.

Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
