Position description:
Maintaining and publishing reports for management.
The resource is responsible for ensuring the daily / weekly/ monthly reports are published to management.
Produce analysis and various subsets to drive the efficacy and efficiency of the channel.
Be able to produce the data when required for management presentation.
Create masters at product / region / role levels for data analysis.
To able to support with trends for review and channel strategy.
Support regional teams on reports and data collation.
Be able to facilitate front end with data to drive the daily / weekly & monthly productivity.
Publish trends and analysis driving team to improve resource productivity.
Be able to consolidate and publish data from regions.
Co ordinate for the channels on various business requirements.
Maintaining historic data and trends.
Be able to maintain data and documents for the channel.
Maintain reports & spreadsheets of historic data.
Maintain and publish Dashboards.

Query and Complaint Management
Incumbent should be able to understand the query raised, analyze and be able to provide a suitable justification.
Incumbent to front end and ensure complaints if any are resolved within TAT and satisfactory resolution.
