Job Description
We are hiring Sales Coordinators for a client in Mumbai. The role involves working with customers and the sales team to keep orders, dispatches and deliveries on track.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and related documents.
- Follow up with customers on orders, requirements and delivery updates.
- Track order status, dispatches and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and accounts teams.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and MIS data.
- Respond to customer queries and help resolve order-related issues.
Preferred profile
Candidates with hands-on experience in sales coordination, order processing, customer communication and dispatch follow-up. Good communication and Excel skills are important.
