Responsibilities
Written and verbal communication skills, Computer knowledge
Should have good verbal and written communications skills as to communicate with internal sales team, vendors and with customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS- Office, Word, Excel and Outlook)
Coordinating with branch offices for rder processing
updating entry in SMS of OEM
Preparation of weekly statement of orders
Order checking & authorisation in Focus system
Release of PO from Focus system
