Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer for Cutting Tools, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service roles
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the cutting tools industry is a plus
