Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role is based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing daily operations, including order processing, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and maintaining sales records. The role also involves liaising with customers to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure smooth communication regarding products and services. The Sales Coordinator will assist in streamlining sales operations and ensuring the efficient execution of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support effective sales processes and team organization.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to manage interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Sales activities to support meeting sales targets and objectives.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Bengaluru.
• Prior experience in the water treatment or related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary range: 3 to 4 LPA
