Responsibilities
- The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations, manage customer inquiries, and prepare quotations and sales reports.
- They will maintain accurate client data in CRM/ERP, coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and billing, and make regular cash collection and payment follow-up calls to customers.
- The role includes assisting with sales presentations, marketing activities, and events while ensuring timely communication with clients.
- The coordinator will also identify new business opportunities through market research and maintain proper documentation of all sales activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient sales operations.
Requirements
- BBA, MBA OR Management related.
