Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales operations, supporting the sales team, coordinating with customers, and ensuring the timely processing of orders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records and providing excellent customer service to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage and streamline sales processes effectively.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Experience or skills in Sales to support the team in achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
• Prior experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus.
