Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at Jaiswal Architectural Solutions in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication, and sales operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Good understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the architectural or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Taking charge of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building and Payment Collection
- Co-ordination with clients related to Product Information, technical & commercial requirements
- Keeping records of sales calls and meetings details for future reference
- Supporting the Sales team to meet assigned quarterly and annual sales targets
- Helping the sales team by taking appointments for Meeting with customers for product presentation and final sales
