Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling sales documentation, following up on client leads, coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requirements, and maintaining records of sales activities. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and assisting with the preparation of sales reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Sales processes and principles
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in packaging or similar industries is a plus
• Knowledge of working on Tally is must
