Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator with a background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department & production department to achieve its targets and ensuring smooth coordination between various teams and functions.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in their daily activities, including preparing and processing sales orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Customer Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for management.

Sales Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to analyse sales data, evaluate performance against targets, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales strategies.

Sales Coordination: Coordination with Sales Team, Plant Production Team & EXIM team for delivering the sales & export targets

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales representatives, sales managers, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator within the FMCG industry is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

FMCG Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software for data management and sales tracking.

Job Location: This position is based in Ahmedabad (HO) and the candidates may be required to occasional travel for trade shows and customer meetings.
