Job Summary:
Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and operations
activities within a designated cluster of locations. This role involves driving sales growth,
overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of Centre Managers to deliver business &
experience objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Management:
○ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster.
○ Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address any
issues or opportunities in real time.
○ Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive business
growth month on month
● Operations Management:
○ Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster.
○ Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities and
customer issues to deliver stellar experience.
○ Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits are
defect free.
● People Management:
○ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best
performance.
○ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
○ Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a multi-location
environment like retail chains with at least 2 years of experience
● Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a
team.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
● Analyze and interpret complex data sets using MS Excel, including pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to take informed decisions
