With a client-centered approach, Wall and Wood aims to make quality design accessible and practical for a wide range of projects. The office is located in the heart of Koramangala in Bengaluru (opposite Bistro Claytopia), providing an accessible base for clients and team members. The team values creativity, collaboration, and long-term relationships with customers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will engage with walk-in and referred clients, understand their interior design and fit-out needs, and recommend suitable solutions and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining design concepts and pricing, preparing and following up on quotes, and guiding clients through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. The Sales Consultant will coordinate closely with designers and project teams to ensure that proposals align with client expectations and project feasibility. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities, proactively following up with prospects, and contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client requirements and propose appropriate interior solutions.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident in-person interaction.
  • Basic understanding or interest in interior design, architecture, or related fields is highly beneficial.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or consulting, preferably in interiors, real estate, or related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru, manage multiple leads, and follow structured sales processes.
  • Comfort with using phone, email, and basic office software or CRM tools to track leads and prepare proposals.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline is an advantage but not mandatory.
