Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store, Senior Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and consulting with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and offering professional guidance and solutions tailored to the customer's preferences. The role involves active collaboration with the sales team and other departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and the ability to drive sales by understanding client needs
- Strong customer satisfaction focus and expertise in Customer Service
- Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven skills in Consulting to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or the retail furniture sector is an advantage
