About the RoleLivin Interiors is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in interior sales to manage client relationships from post-sales through project completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and delivering great customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact for customers post-sales
Manage client relationships throughout the interior project lifecycle
Coordinate with design & execution teams for smooth project delivery
Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations
Track project milestones, approvals, and payment schedules
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in interior sales or interior design firms (mandatory)
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Good understanding of residential interior workflows
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Familiar with CRM tools & MS Office
