Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, Team Leader located in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant, Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supporting team members in meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends and customer needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting the full range of Hyundai vehicles.
Qualifications
- Proven Team Management and Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and drive team performance effectively.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service experience with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Prior experience in the automobile sales industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or training in sales or team management would be advantageous.
