Job Description

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Karma Group is looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Consultant to promote and sell premium club memberships across South East Asia. The role involves engaging prospective customers, understanding their lifestyle needs, delivering persuasive membership presentations, and closing sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

NOTE: THIS IS AN ONSITE JOB BASED IN BALI & VIETNAM

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present and sell club membership products to prospective clients through face-to-face on-site presentations.
  • Conduct professional membership presentations highlighting benefits, exclusivity, and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withclientsthroughout the sales presentation.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing,and offers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 15 years of experience in sales, though not essential, preferably in hospitality, vacation ownership, club memberships, luxury lifestyle, or real estate, though once again not essential.
  • Experience in face-to-face or consultative selling is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of South East Asia and cultural sensitivity is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and close high-value sales.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
