Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for sourcing potential leads, managing client relationships, and leveraging market insights to close sales. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and continuous learning through on-the-job training to improve performance and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales with an understanding of the real estate market and trends
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in general Real Estate and Sales operations, with a strategic mindset for identifying opportunities
  • Previous experience in conducting Training sessions or mentoring team members is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and consistently meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market trends in Bangalore is beneficial
