Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Delhi NCR Region, for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will focus on driving sales performance, Onboard New CCP Accounts, building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, Achieve Sales Targets, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs, Meeting key People, presenting relevant solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the business's growth objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining detailed sales records are also integral components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting, Large Account Onboarding and Management and the ability to understand customer requirements and solve problems.
  • Strong dedication to Customer Satisfaction and high-quality customer service
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Consulting practices and strategic solution development
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions is an added advantage
