Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in West Delhi. The Sales Consultant will identify and generate leads, consult with potential customers to understand their financial needs, and provide personalized loan solutions. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities may include market research, reporting on sales targets, and collaborating with the team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
- Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and meet sales targets efficiently
- Prior experience in financial consulting or sales roles is advantageous
- Relevant education in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
