About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in CRM sales,
lead generation, and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure
to Zoho products or similar CRM platforms and be capable of driving end-to-end sales
activitiesfrom prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate leads for Zoho and CRM-based solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions with prospects.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Zoho/CRM solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle including outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and
closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
Collaborate with the technical/implementation team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in CRM or SaaS industry.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting activities.
Good understanding of CRM toolsZoho CRM experience is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand business processes and map them with CRM solutions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good to Have
Exposure to Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Inventory, etc.).
Experience working in IT Services, SaaS products, or digital solutions.
Basic understanding of sales automation and workflow processes.
