Description
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consulting and be adept at providing clients with expert advice and support throughout the immigration process.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations in India and abroad.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding their application status and provide updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present reports on immigration trends and client feedback to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
