Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Sales Consultant with experience in selling CRM solutions and business automation services. The role involves understanding client requirements, positioning CRM products and services accordingly, managing the sales cycle, and supporting deal closures through solution-oriented selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in CRM solutions and business automation.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client processes, pain points, and CRM requirements.
- Present CRM solutions, demos, and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, scope summaries, and pricing in coordination with delivery teams.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Handle client objections, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with CRM consultants and technical teams for solution validation.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasting in CRM systems.
- Support handover to implementation teams post-closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM sales, SaaS sales, or IT services sales.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience conducting product demos and solution-based selling.
- Ability to understand business workflows and map them to CRM capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling mid-to-large ticket B2B deals.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience selling CRM implementation or automation services.
- Exposure to real estate, services, or B2B domains.
- Familiarity with CRM pricing models and licensing structures.
- Experience working with international clients.
