Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Mumbai at Head offie. The Sales Consultant will focus on driving sales by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and recommending tailored solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed knowledge of the resort's offerings. The role also requires effective communication to promote the brand's eco-conscious values and foster long-term client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and build lasting relationships
  • Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment and independently understand client expectations
  • Experience or interest in eco-tourism and hospitality is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
