Role Description

This is a part-time purecommission basis remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing product knowledge, driving sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The consultant will work collaboratively to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and cater to customer needs effectively
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance client engagement and foster lasting relationships
• Strong Communication skills to convey product knowledge, resolve concerns, and build rapport with customers
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with fashion retail or e-commerce is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma, or equivalent; further education in sales, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
