Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Pune District. The Sales Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, recommend and create customized travel packages, and ensure seamless booking processes. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, developing relationships with travel suppliers, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on travel trends and offerings. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client has an outstanding experience with Global Tourss and Travels.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and CRM tools
• Ability to research travel destinations, accommodations, and excursion options
• Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client requests
• Keen interest in travel, with knowledge of destinations and industry trends being a plus
• Previous experience in sales or travel consultancy is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
