About the Role 

DoubleTick is looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Manager to guide, mentor, and scale our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Lead Qualification and Customer Segmentation 

  • Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects. Segment leads based on industry, purchasing readiness, business size, and potential revenue. Ensure every lead is nurtured effectively with structured follow-ups and appropriate engagement strategies.  

Consultative Sales and Use-Case Analysis 

  • Engage with prospects to deeply understand their business challenges, needs, and goals. Conduct requirement gathering discussions to map product features to real-time business use cases.  

Taking Ownership and Achieving Revenue Targets 

  • Own the entire inside-sales cycle-from lead engagement to closure. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.  

Product Demonstrations 

  • Deliver compelling and engaging product demos tailored to customer needs and industry use cases. Clearly explain product benefits, ROI impact, and differentiating features.  

Meeting Sales Targets 

  • Plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies to consistently meet assigned targets. Work closely with the sales leadership team to align efforts with business objectives.  

Up-Selling & Cross-Selling 

  • Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts to increase revenue through upgraded plans, additional modules, or extended services.

Preferred Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field 
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Management. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience with CRM tools or technology or software industries is a plus.
