Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating the benefits of the company's product lineup, generating sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets, prepare sales reports, and stay informed about the latest product developments and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship management
  • Knowledge of energy solutions such as inverters, UPS, batteries, stabilizers, and transformers is an added advantage
  • Adaptability, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing team
  • Past sales experience in similar industries or products is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Electronic and telecommunications engineering
