Role Description
This full-time, on-site E-Commerce role is based in Mumbai. The role includes managing online product listings, optimizing e-commerce platforms, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital sales strategies, analyze consumer behavior, and maintain effective communication with customers to address inquiries and provide support.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce knowledge and proficiency in managing online platforms- Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify trends
- Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation and conversion strategies
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for relationship building and resolving inquiries
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Mumbai
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail,
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related discipline
