Sales-Business Development Manager

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager

A fast-growing medical device company in the dental implant space is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow sales across dental clinics, implantologists, institutions, and key accounts.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, support marketing initiatives, and expand partnerships within the dental implant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive sales to dentists, implantologists, institutions & key accounts
. Execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
. Manage end-to-end order taking and fulfilment
. Build partnerships with dental institutions & training centers
. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
. Identify new business and partnership opportunities
. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for product feedback
. Support marketing campaigns using KOL & institutional content
. Organize events, product exhibitions, conferences & launches
. Execute marketing plans, manage budgets & support scientific programs
. Maintain and update CRM database and customer records
. Analyze sales data and report performance vs targets
. Identify and address customer requirements effectively
. Travel extensively within assigned geography

Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in business development / sales (Dental Implant / Pharma preferred)
Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
Strong exposure to dental clinics, implantologists & institutions
Passion for selling Made-in-India products
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
Fluent in English & Kannada (other South Indian languages a plus)
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Familiarity with digital marketing is an advantage
Exposure to ISO 13485 is a plus

Qualifications

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Medical field
. 3-5+ years of experience in pharma / dental implant sales or business development
