We are looking to close the position a key position in BD/ Sales team in our organization. Below are the required details.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential clients ensuring a strong pipeline of sales opportunities in the market.
Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Actively engage with key decision-makers of prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives and to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
Preferred candidate Profile:
6-8 yrs Experience on B2B Cloud/ Infra/ IT / Software Sales.
Excellent Communication Skills (English)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and persuasive abilities.
In-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud services and solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
