About Us:

Art League Studio is a results-driven creative agency specializing in branding, packaging, digital marketing, and web design. We work with bold, ambitious brands across industries both in India and globally bringing strategy, storytelling, and design together.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive to expand our client base, with a strong focus on acquiring both domestic and international clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, crafting tailored pitches, and closing deals to fuel our growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and relevant platforms (India + International)
  • Pitch Art League Studio's services confidently to clients across industries and geographies
  • Understand client requirements, propose suitable services, and coordinate with internal teams for execution
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and progress reports
  • Attend virtual/in-person meetings with clients from various time zones as required
  • Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation, conversion, and revenue

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a design, marketing, or digital agency
  • Excellent spoken and written English for global client communication
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and international outreach platforms
  • High confidence in presenting creative services to founders, marketers, and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with clients in US, UK, UAE, or other global markets
  • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, or Behance for outreach
  • Existing client network or international contacts

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly salary + performance-based commission (as per company policy)
