Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Work Experience: 2-5 Yrs+ Sales with B2B Dealer Distributor Customers.

Location: New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our domestic market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealer/distributor network development, sales growth, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors across assigned regions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
  • Drive sales growth through effective market penetration strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Organize promotional activities and product awareness campaigns

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (preferably, in Business Management or Engineering), Minimum Graduate, Good English, Punjabi (minimum understanding) & Hindi Language Communication with Buyers, Strong Intellectual Skills & Good Communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in domestic sales and channel development
  • Strong network of dealers/distributors (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
