We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our client base by connecting with small business owners and professionals. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and setting qualified meetings with potential clients interested in our services.

This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, networking, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to small business owners and professionals through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Introduce our services and explain how we help businesses grow.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with potential clients for the management team.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track communication.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

Compensation
  • This is a commission-based contract position.
  • Compensation will be paid per qualified meeting scheduled.
  • Additional incentives may be offered for successful client conversions.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
