Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Gurugram (On-ground role)
Salary: 60,000 70,000 per month
Experience Required: 36 years in Sales/BD roles, preferably in premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Interact confidently with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and premium clientele, effectively communicating the brand value.
- Drive subscription sales by presenting and upselling package options.
- Build and manage B2B partnerships with RWAs, wellness brands, gated communities, and premium residential complexes.
- Represent NoN at exhibitions, events, and community gatherings.
- Maintain and update lead funnels, track conversions, and report KPIs to the leadership team.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and uphold the brand's premium positioning.
- Basic understanding of agriculture or agronomy is a plus.
- The role is based in Gurgaon strong familiarity with the Gurgaon area and its premium residential zones is essential.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills fluent, confident, and well-spoken in English and Hindi.
- Proven track record in sales, BD, or client-facing roles with a premium audience.
- Comfortable with on-ground activations and fieldwork.
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, and capable of taking ownership.
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting is a plus.
