we are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented sales professionals who can connect with corporates, hr teams, admin teams, founders, and decision-makers to generate business opportunities for corporate events and venue bookings.

the candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, relationship building, and closing corporate bookings.

this role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, building business relationships, and working in a fast-growing startup environment.

key responsibilitiessales & business development
  • generate leads through cold calling, linkedin, email outreach, networking, and references
  • connect with hr managers, admin managers, founders, office managers, and corporate decision-makers
  • pitch company services and explain booking solutions
  • schedule meetings and presentations with corporate clients
  • convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • follow up regularly with leads and existing clients
  • build long-term corporate relationships
client handling
  • understand client requirements for corporate parties, team outings, offsites, and events
  • coordinate with internal team and venue partners
  • provide venue and event solutions as per client needs and budget
  • maintain professional communication throughout the booking process
reporting & crm
  • update lead status and client conversations in crm/sheets
  • maintain daily call reports and sales activity reports
  • achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • share feedback and market insights with management
required skills
  • strong communication and convincing skills
  • confidence in cold calling and client interaction
  • good english, hindi, and regional language communication preferred
  • positive attitude and self-motivation
  • negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • basic knowledge of ms excel, google sheets, and email communication
  • ability to work under targets and deadlines
preferred candidates
  • candidates from hospitality, events, banquet sales, hotel sales, advertising, or corporate sales background
  • candidates with prior b2b sales experience
  • candidates comfortable with field meetings and networking
