Role Description

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for ProntoSys's IT services and digital solutions.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, email communication, and online channels.
• Present and promote ProntoSys's products and services, including software solutions, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate solution mapping and timely delivery.
• Utilize digital marketing knowledge to support lead generation through SEO, social media, online campaigns, and website inquiries.
• Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

Handle client queries, negotiate terms, and assist in closing deals effectively.
