About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech landscape. The role requires a strong customer-centric approach to understand career goals and position the right solutions accordingly.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, consistent in daily inputs & outputs, and committed to exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and qualify their career goals
- Guide prospects through available tech programs/services
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing prospects
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate daily input/output metrics
- Update and manage leads in CRM tools (LSQ preferred)
- Build strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services
- Undergraduate degree in any stream (Preferred: B.Tech)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong passion for sales and target achievement
- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (LeadSquared) or similar CRM tools
- Highly committed attitude toward daily performance metrics
Good-to-Have
- Expertise in K12 and above domain
- Experience handling Tech products
- Prior exposure to IT services
- Experience handling a ticket size greater than 50K
