Your New Role Challenging and Future-Oriented

We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedSales & Business Development Executivewith experience inpower generation, transmission, and industrial energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will drivemarket development, customer engagement, technical-commercial proposals, and sales growthfor electrical testing equipment, monitoring systems, and related solutions across India.

This role requires a strong understanding of thepower & energy ecosystem, customer buying behavior, and project execution cycles across utilities, EPCs, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities acrossutilities, substations, power plants, EPCs, and industrial sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including customer engagement, solution development, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and order intake targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive market outreach and lead generation.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct detailed market research to identifyindustry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Track developments inpower generation, transmission, and electrical testing markets.
  • Support market-entry strategies for new products, technologies, and solutions.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships withutilities, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and industrial customers.
  • Engage with decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders for long-term business growth.
  • Understand customer challenges and proposevalue-driven technical solutions.

Technical & Commercial Proposal Management

  • Prepare and delivertechno-commercial proposals, tenders, RFQs, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and application teams for solution design and compliance.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and bid clarifications.

Marketing & Product Promotion

  • Develop presentations, case studies, and product demonstrations for customers.
  • Organize and participate inseminars, workshops, training programs, and industry events.
  • Promote products such asrelay test kits, transformer diagnostics, cable fault locators, online monitoring systems, and SF6 handling plants.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely withengineering, project management, and service teamsfor successful project delivery.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and coordination.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress.
  • Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide insights for continuous improvement and business growth.

Customer Satisfaction & Compliance

  • Gather customer feedback and address concerns proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree inEngineering (Electrical/Mechanical)or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 310+ years of experience insales/business development in power generation, transmission, or electrical equipment industry.
  • Experience in dealing withutilities, substations, EPCs, industrial customers, and O&G sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling technical sales.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding ofelectrical systems, testing equipment, and power industry applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to developcustomer-centric, value-based solutions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
  • Willingness to travel across India.
