Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive/Café Manager located in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing daily café operations, managing sales activities to drive revenue, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends for sales, and fostering customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify and close sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and analyze market trends.
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to address client needs, ensure satisfaction, and maintain successful interactions with customers.
• Team Leadership and Management skills, including experience in supervising teams, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Organizational and Operational Management abilities, with expertise in inventory control, daily operation oversight, and maintaining a clean and efficient workplace.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using technology tools and systems for record-keeping, analytics, and communication.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or rental industry is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
