Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Captain role based in the Pune District. The Captain will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support team members, and ensure seamless service delivery. Additional responsibilities include maintaining service standards, addressing customer needs, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will uphold the company's standards of professionalism and hospitality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to address needs and resolve concerns promptly

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards is a plus
